1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and betjl ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the betjl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or promotional terms that may be published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betjl platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on betjl, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of betjl, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must hold only one registered betjl account at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3Account Registration

When you register an account on betjl, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. betjl reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time. You must adhere to the following account rules:

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Each player may hold only one account. If a duplicate account is discovered, betjl will close the duplicate and may apply penalties to the original account depending on the circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. betjl will never ask for your full password via email, SMS, or any other channel.
• betjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport copy) before processing withdrawals or at any time it deems necessary for compliance or security purposes.

betjl reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures at any point, including at the time of withdrawal. Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. betjl will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account that was not caused by a failure on betjl's part.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

betjl supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other methods published on the platform. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount is displayed in your account at the time of deposit.
• All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically feasible. Processing times vary by method: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transfers are typically completed within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days.
• betjl does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider's own transfer charges may apply independently.
• betjl reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such delay.

betjT does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the original deposit where technically possible, or to a verified account belonging to the registered player.

5Bonuses and Promotions

betjl may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per IP address, and per mobile device. betjl may decline bonus requests where it determines that bonus abuse is occurring.
• Certain game types (e.g. live casino tables or specific slots) may be excluded from bonus wagering. The eligible game list for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. Existing players are not eligible to claim a welcome bonus by opening a second account.

betjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjl platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting intended to manipulate game or market outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform. betjl is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

7Responsible Gaming

betjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, take cooling-off periods, or request permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via account settings and take effect immediately upon activation. betjl strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and does not knowingly allow underage individuals to open or maintain accounts.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or other use of betjl content outside the scope of this licence is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjl shall not be liable for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if betjl has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any loss arising from interruptions to the platform's availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond betjl's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government action.
• Any loss or damage arising from a player's reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error or data feed failure.

10Privacy

betjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. betjl implements SSL encryption and other technical security measures to protect your data. 11Amendments to Terms

betjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, betjl will endeavour to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of betjl after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, your only remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

12Suspension and Termination

betjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other activity that betjl reasonably considers harmful to the platform or other players. Upon termination for cause, betjl may withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation. Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting betjl's support team at [email protected]. Any genuine funds balance remaining after the resolution of pending bets will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which betjl is registered and operated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by betjl's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. betjl aims to resolve all player complaints fairly and promptly.
